Semiautomatic hydraulic bandsaw specially designed for cutting medium and big size of pipes and profiles. Mitre cutting up to 60° left and right, with easy stops at 0°, 45° left and 45° right.
Very strong steel sawframe with tubular section, pulleys diameter 520 mm.
Hard metal pads inside the blade guides. Possibility to slide the frontal vice along the work table. Wide working space to support the material.
Mechanical device (position sensor) that allows the sawframe to lower quickly toward the material and detect automatically the start and end cut point.
Mobile console with 3-ways selector to choose different working modalities: the return of the sawframe with steady blade, or end at the cutting cycle without the return of the sawframe.
Cutting capacity: round till 500 mm., square till 420 mm. and rectangular till 600x350 mm.
